Connor Lee Wen is an MBA candidate in the class of 2025 pursuing a concentration in Real Estate Finance. Connor grew up in Ottawa, Canada and moved to Austin, Texas in 2012. Connor received his B.S. in Economics from Brigham Young University with university honors. Prior to McCombs, Connor’s experience includes commercial real estate acquisitions at Casoro Group and portfolio management at Utah Retirement Systems. At Casoro Group, Connor oversaw acquisition efforts for value-add multifamily strategies for all major markets of Texas. At Utah Retirement Systems, Connor was engaged with the multifamily, retail, industrial, and specialty product teams.

In addition to his role as GRES President, Connor is also a board member of the E4 Real Estate Education Foundation, a non-profit focused on closing the generational wealth gap through real estate education, and a Portfolio Manager for the McCombs Real Estate Investment Fund. Outside of McCombs, he is also a member of the Urban Land Institute, Pension Real Estate Association, and the Real Estate Council of Austin. In his free time, you can find Connor organizing motorcycle group rides around town, playing tabletop strategy games with friends at Vigilante Gastropub & Games, or spending time with his family.

Austin Lloyd is an MBA candidate in the class of 2025 pursuing a concentration in Real Estate Finance. Austin is originally from Edmonton, Alberta and graduated from the University of Denver in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Prior to McCombs, Austin held various roles in the finance department at Almita Piling, a specialty foundations contractor. Austin worked closely with Almita’s leadership team to manage operational cashflow, assess internal processes and reduce operational inefficiencies within the financial operations of the company.

In addition to his role as GRES Vice President, Austin is a Peer Leadership Coach, and is also a Portfolio Manager for the McCombs Real Estate Investment Fund. Outside of McCombs, Austin is a student member of the Urban Land Institute and Real Estate Council of Austin. In his free time, you can find Austin running around Lady Bird Lake, on the golf course, or at an MBA Wine Club event.

Georgia Kouros is an MBA candidate in the class of 2025 pursuing a concentration in real estate finance. Georgia is originally from Orange County, California and graduated from the University of Southern California in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Prior to McCombs, Georgia worked in multifamily capital markets in both underwriting and loan production. She has analyzed properties of all sizes and metros within student, manufactured, conventional and affordable housing property types.

In addition her role as Vice President of Finance in GRES, Georgia is an active member of the Commercial Real Estate Women Organization (CREW), having held the leadership position of Chapter Champion when living in Orange County. At McCombs, she is currently a Portfolio Manager for the McCombs Real Estate Investment Fund as well as a student member of Urban Land Institute (ULI). In her free time, Georgia enjoys visiting Greece, volunteering, playing golf, and reading 19th and 20th century literature.

Robert Allen is an MBA candidate in the class of 2025 pursuing a concentration in Real Estate Finance. Robert grew up in Richmond, Virginia and graduated from Sewanee: The University of the South in 2013 with a degree in History. Prior to McCombs, Robert served as an attack helicopter pilot in the United States Marine Corps. He deployed twice and lived in three different continents while serving in various squadron leadership roles.

In addition to his role as GRES VP of Events, Robert is also a Venture Fellow and part-time MBA intern at a small family office investing in real estate and venture capital. He is Co-President of the Wellness Collective, and member of the Urban Land Institute and Real Estate Council of Austin. Robert is an avid surfer, sailor, diver, and world traveler, and certified yoga teacher.

Philip Jaedicke is an MBA candidate in the class of 2025 pursuing a concentration in Real Estate Finance. He attended the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2016 earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering and then served as an Engineer Officer in the Army upon graduation. After getting out of the Army, Philip worked as a Project Engineer in Commercial Construction in Austin, with experience on multifamily, industrial, life-science, and office projects.

In addition to his role with GRES, Philip is also an active member of the Texas Veterans in Business. In his free time, Philip enjoys the outdoors, cooking, and the occasional game of pickle ball.
